Joint Ventures - Represent contractors, developers, landowners, equity investors, and other clients in structuring and disputes related to joint ventures, limited liability company operating agreements, limited and general partnership agreements.

Leasing - Represent parties with respect to the structuring, negotiating, and documenting leases for office, retail, industrial, and commercial space, as well as lease termination issues upon land acquisition for development purposes.

Loan Workouts - Represent lenders, borrowers, receivers, developers, equity partners, and other investors in workouts, receiverships, and foreclosure proceedings relating to commercial loans.

Receiverships - Counsel receivers in connection with the establishment and administration of receiverships.
